In our never ending support of animal related charities we have a new cause.
Lucky Dog Cuisine is partnering with Food Animal Concerns Trust (FACT), a four-star nonprofit rated by Charity Navigator, to provide Livestock Guardian Dogs to four independent family farmers—along with training and ongoing support—that will allow these farmers to humanely raise poultry in open pasture on their farms. By using Livestock Guardian Dogs as canine partners on their farms, these humane farmers may safely keep poultry outdoors in free-range conditions, improving animal welfare and enhancing the quality of the food supply for both humans and pets.
