Order Acceptance and Shipment – Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. Subscription Orders – Placement of an order designed as either a subscription, autoship or other form of recurring order indicates acceptance by the purchaser of recurring delivery of said order. In the case of our initial subscription special, purchaser realizes and accepts that the initial order may be charged at a different or lower price than the ongoing subscription charge. Purchaser hereby authorizes Lucky Dog Cuisine Inc to continue to ship subscription product every 28 days, unless otherwise agreed upon by email with Lucky Dog Cuisine, and further purchaser authorizes Lucky Dog Cuisine Inc to charge the purchaser’s credit card used for the initial purchase the full price of the subscription product.
Cancellation of subscription orders – Lucky Dog Cuisine Inc agrees that the purchaser has the right to terminate any subscription at any time with proper written notice. Proper notice shall be considered to be an email addressed to info@luckydogcuisine.org
